Refreshing a 1970’s era strip center, situated along the busy 86th Street corridor, the project emphasized high efficiency lighting, storefronts, low-maintenance drought tolerant plantings , and siding materials that are readily recyclable. The uniform roofline was replaced with an articulated composition of varying colors, overhangs and architectural elements to give each tenant an individual identity.   2017
