Working with a compact floor plate, the building structure was exposed to re-capture volume for the work area. Lumber, cabinetry, were recycled from previous projects as a cost control measure. Several new furniture and cabinetry pieces were designed and built by the architect. 3rd floors windows overlook the historic Massachusetts Arts district.   2018
