Overlooking Lake Monroe in Southern Indiana, the residence was built as a weekend getaway for an advertising agency owner and his family. The house also frequently served as a retreat space for the office staff. Using simple forms and materials, the open living area is oriented around a rough stone fireplace, constructed of locally quarried limestone. A compact upper level provides additional sleeping space and artist's studio. Dining table designed/built by Architect.  1996
