As a major element in the development of the State Office Building Complex, the structure contains nearly half a million square feet of parking, circulation and entry space on 7 levels, along with an underground connection to the State Office building. Exterior treatment is designed to help reduce the building scale, provide interest and detail, and enliven the adjacent streetscape. 1987
